Receptions
To reserve a wedding venue during January - May, the bridal
party must consist of a minimum of 15 guest rooms, staying
for a minimum of three nights; from June - December, a
minimum of 10 guest rooms, staying a minimum of three nights
is required. There is a minimum of 20 people for private
catered events. Celebrations seating more than 80 people
are held outdoors and do require a tent rental.
The details
A dedicated Celebration Consultant can arrange: local support
services for details including limousine transfers; photographer
and videographer with photos and video delivered prior
to departure or sent by overnight mail; custom floral arrangements
for the bride and venue; wedding cake; and musical entertainment.
Other optional arrangements include personalised menus
and private dining for wedding party and guests; a horse-drawn
carriage; and a celebratory fireworks display.
The pampering
The spa offers a complement of pre-wedding services, from
the signature four-hour Wedding Day Delight programme,
complete with manicure, pedicure, massage, hair styling
and make-up application for the bride; to the spa's two
salon suites, which may be reserved together for the bridal
party's use on the wedding day. A personalised programme
of services is easily arranged by the Spa Concierge for
the bridal couple and party.

Newlyweds are treated with special care, discovering surprising
touches of thoughtfulness throughout their stay. A romantic
evening turndown service with a uniquely Bahamian twist;
